The building IS in horrible shape, but it is not on it's last breath yet. Having a major stadium should be a priority, but simply expecting to hand the keys to the private sector and walk away for 30 years is not realistic. Even with commercial development, Lansdowne won't survive without long term public funding. It's a city problem and the City needs to develop a plan.
